How
do I place an order?
All our products are available to purchase through our online shop by adding them to the basket using the buttons provided. If you
have any concerns about this, or are unsure how to customise your order,
please email us first to ensure your order details are correct.
Do I have to pay the
full amount upfront?
Yes, your order must be paid for in full before it is processed.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay for your order by cheque or by credit/debit card via Paypal.
How much is postage and
packaging?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail . The price is minimal and
based on the number of items in your basket. Typically £2-£3.
How long do you take to
deliver?
We always aim to have your order with you as soon as possible. As
items are made to order they should be dispatched within a couple of
days. At busy periods, it may be slightly longer..
What happens if I change
my mind?
Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change
your order. As long as we haven't ordered materials, or started work on
your order no charge will be made, and a full refund will be given. If
work has started a charge will be made, based on the amount of work
already done. This charge will never be greater than 50% of your order
total, and any outstanding amounts will be refunded.
Once your order has been
completed and posted, no refunds are available.
What happens if my item
is faulty?
We take great care to ensure every one of our products reaches you in
perfect condition. However in the unlikely event that your item is
faulty or not made to the agreed specifications, we will offer a full
refund or exchange, as long as the fault/error is reported immediately
and the items returned within 3 days.
Please be aware that you will
need to prove an item is not made to your specifications. We keep very
good records, so please make sure you do as well! It is your
responsibility to ensure we have all the correct information regarding
your order - this includes colours and measurements!! We will not refund
or exchange ill-fitting jewellery where measurements have been given.
